You will help build and scale the backend of a global, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform, while using modern AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development speed, quality and innovation.What You’ll OwnBuild scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot.Design Microservices, REST APIs and distributed systems.Develop enterprise integrations with ERP, Payroll, communication platforms and third-party APIs.Strengthen performance, scalability, security and reliability.Work on analytics, reporting and data-intensive services.Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.Participate in architecture and code reviews and mentor engineers.Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring and documentation.Core Technical SkillsJava 8/11/17+ • Spring Boot • Microservices • REST APIs • Distributed Systems • System Design • Design Patterns • SQL / MariaDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL • Docker • Kubernetes • CI/CDGood exposure to Kafka/RabbitMQ, API gateways, event-driven architectures, MongoDB, cloud-native systems and enterprise integration frameworks will be valued.Experience building multi-tenant SaaS, analytics/reporting platforms or large-scale enterprise applications will be a strong advantage.Additional AdvantageExposure to Python, Angular, AI/ML applications, HR Tech, ERP, CRM, Workforce Management or enterprise SaaS products.Qualifications4–10 years of backend/product engineering experience.B.E./ B.Tech /M.Tech /MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering from reputed Institutes.
