Its project and delivery management teams are certified in Agile, PMI, and ITIL, applying industry best practices to every engagement.Senior Backend DeveloperRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience (at least 7-8 years) in Java-based backend systems and integrations, who can also act as a technical lead and contribute to light solution design. This is a backend-only role, and the candidate will be working onsite.Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and REST APIs
• Work on microservices architecture and system integrations
• Lead backend implementation: code reviews, mentoring, technical guidance
• Create HLD/LLD and support architecture discussions
• Collaborate closely with frontend, platform, and client teams
• Ensure backend performance, security, and reliabilityMust-Have Skills
• Strong expertise in Java & Spring Boot
• REST APIs and backend integrations
• Microservices architecture
• SQL & NoSQL databases
• API security (OAuth2, JWT)
• CI/CD, Git, Docker
• Agile/Scrum experienceNice to Have
• Banking / fintech domain experience
• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
• Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Backend integration experience with Backbase (optional)Ideal Candidate
