We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Developer – FinTech / TradingAre you a backend engineer who enjoys building high-performance, reliable systems and solving complex engineering problems?We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to build the core infrastructure powering order placement, trade management, position tracking, broker integrations, and real-time market systems.What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend services for order placement, trade management & position tracking
• Integrate with stockbroker APIs and third-party financial systems
• Build resilient systems that continue operating when external APIs are slow, unavailable, or unreliable
• Work with real-time market data and WebSocket feeds
• Design database schemas and write efficient queries using PostgreSQL & MongoDB
• Build backend services for payments, subscriptions, user onboarding & internal tools
• Design and develop scalable REST APIs, webhooks & integrations
• Debug and resolve production issues, including during live market hours
• Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes rather than temporary workarounds
• Work closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps and other engineering teams What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang)
• Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading & distributed systems
• Strong SQL and database design skills, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience building REST APIs, webhooks & third-party integrations
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• High ownership and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Comfortable working on systems where reliability and performance matterGood to Have
• Experience in FinTech, stock broking or trading systems
• Knowledge of Indian stock markets, F&O, Futures & Options
• Experience integrating with broker APIs
• Experience working with real-time market data systems / WebSockets
• Understanding of order lifecycle, execution, positions and trading workflows This is a high-ownership engineering role where your work will directly impact systems used in real-time financial markets.
