Senior Backend Developer (.NET 8)Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Project-Based (Outsourcing) Work Arrangement: On-site Contract Duration: 4 months, with potential extension up to 6 monthsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer (.NET 8) to join a large-scale project .The role will focus on developing secure, scalable, and high-performance backend applications and services using .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core, while working closely with cross-functional technical teams in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend applications using .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core.Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.Develop and optimize SQL Server databases and queries.Integrate with internal and third-party systems through APIs.Write clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code.Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production environments.Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Business Analysis, and Architecture teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.5+ years of backend development experience.2+ years of experience in a Senior Backend Developer role.Strong hands-on experience with:C#.NET 8 / .NET CoreASP.NET Core Web APIEntity Framework CoreSQL ServerREST APIsMicroservicesExperience with Azure, Git, and CI/CD.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.PreferredDocker / KubernetesAzure DevOpsOAuth2 / JWTCloud-native architecturesExperience in government, enterprise, or large-scale digital transformation projects.ImportantOn-site position in Riyadh.Candidates must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia.Valid Saudi Iqama is required (Minimum valid 6 months).Candidates should be available immediately .
