Job Title: Senior Backend Developer- Temporary (Project Basis)Department: IT / Software DevelopmentReports to: Development ManagerJob PurposeResponsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions for the CRM system, with primary focus on the Accounting Module and business-critical financial workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend services using .NET Core, C#, and REST APIs.Design and implement financial workflows including customer accounts, invoices, payments, receivables, installments, penalties, reconciliation, and financial reporting.Develop efficient and scalable database solutions using SQL and sound database design principles.Integrate the CRM with enterprise systems and external platforms, including Oracle Fusion.Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable and practical technical solutions.Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, security, and performance across financial features.Troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous improvement of the CRM platform.Collaborate with developers, business teams, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.RequirementsStrong experience in .NET Core, C#, and REST APIs.Solid knowledge of SQL and database design.Good understanding of accounting and financial concepts.Experience with ERP or enterprise system integrations.Oracle Fusion integration experience is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to work on critical financial systems.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
