Senior Backend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure that power mission-critical products and platforms.What You'll DoDesign and develop backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems.Build and maintain cloud-native applications and distributed systems.Develop scalable data pipelines and backend infrastructure.Operate and optimize Kubernetes-based environments and CI/CD pipelines.Drive reliability, observability, performance, and security best practices.Lead technical design discussions and mentor engineers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.What We're Looking For7+ years of backend or platform engineering experience.Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Kotlin, or Go.Experience building distributed systems and event-driven architectures.Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.Expertise in PostgreSQL and scalable data systems.Strong understanding of system design, reliability, and observability.PreferredExperience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.Experience building internal developer platforms and tooling.Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, vector databases, or retrieval systems.Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments.
