You will be responsible for building and maintaining backend services, integrations, and trading workflows that support order execution, account management, risk controls, and post-trade operations.Working closely with Product, Trading Operations, Risk, and Engineering teams, you will help deliver scalable and reliable trading solutions while ensuring the stability and performance of our production trading environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services supporting MT5 trading operations and broker infrastructure.Build and maintain integrations with MT5 Manager API, Gateway API, and internal trading systems.Develop solutions supporting the complete trade lifecycle, including order creation, execution, modification, settlement, reporting, and reconciliation.Implement business logic related to account management, margin calculations, exposure monitoring, and risk controls.Develop and maintain integrations between MT5 and internal systems, including CRM, back-office, payment, compliance, and reporting platforms.Support connectivity with liquidity providers, bridge solutions, market data feeds, and execution venues.Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability in high-volume trading environments.Investigate and resolve production issues impacting trade processing, execution workflows, and client accounts.Collaborate with Product Managers, Dealers, Risk Teams, and Operations teams to deliver new trading functionality and platform enhancements.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while maintaining high engineering standards.Produce technical documentation for trading workflows, integrations, APIs, and backend services.Technical SkillsMetaTrader ExpertiseStrong knowledge of MT5 Manager API, trade operations, account management, and broker workflows.Experience developing integrations and extensions around MT5 trading infrastructure.Programming LanguagesStrong proficiency in C#, C++, Java, or similar backend technologies.Experience with Python is advantageous.Backend DevelopmentExperience building scalable backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems.Strong understanding of distributed systems and transactional processing.DatabasesStrong SQL skills with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar database technologies.Experience designing and optimizing high-volume transactional systems.Trading SystemsUnderstanding of order management systems (OMS), execution workflows, trade routing, and post-trade processing.Experience integrating liquidity providers, market data providers, and bridge technologies is highly desirable.Experience working with brokerage infrastructure platforms such as oneZero, PrimeXM, or similar liquidity aggregation and execution management solutions is highly desirable.API & Integration DevelopmentExperience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with internal and external financial systems.Familiarity with FIX protocol and financial messaging standards is a plus.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of backend engineering experience, preferably within brokerage, fintech, forex, CFD, or trading environments.Strong understanding of broker operations and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.Experience working with production trading systems supporting live client activity.Familiarity with liquidity management, execution workflows, margin management, and risk controls.Experience troubleshooting production issues within low-latency or high-availability trading environments.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with trading, operations, and product teams.Why Join Us?Work with an industry-leading global financial institution.Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.Commitment to innovation and professional excellence.Become part of our international community at MultiBank Group, dedicated to excellence, innovation, and shaping the future of finance.
