They tackle complex, high-stakes challenges with serious engineering and a clear purpose: building technology that contributes to a safer world.📍 Location: Barcelona (100% on-site, by design) | Poblenou💰 Salary range: up to 85k (depending on seniority)🛠️ What you’ll doDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using modern technologiesWork with SQL and NoSQL databasesDevelop and deploy containerized applications using DockerImplement and maintain microservices architectureImprove and debug an already running system to ensure stability and performanceOptimize system performance and troubleshoot production issuesCollaborate with Frontend developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsEnsure high-quality code standards and enhance code quality through testing and peer reviewsTake ownership of end-to-end development processes, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment🎯 What we’re looking for5+ years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutionsStrong, hands-on programming skills with a focus on PythonExperience with internal OS developmentFamiliarity with DevOps practices and on-prem infrastructure is a plus.
