The agency values integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to service.Role DescriptionThe Senior Barista/Bartender is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Harcourt, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee machines, crafting drinks to established recipes, handling food and snack preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized bar and coffee station. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, providing attentive customer service, managing cash and POS transactions, and supporting inventory control for beverages and supplies. The Senior Barista/Bartender also helps train and guide junior team members, upholds hygiene and safety standards, and contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.QualificationsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.Hands-on barista experience, including operating espresso machines, brewing methods, and basic drink customization.Bartending or beverage preparation skills, including mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly.Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests, teammates, and supervisors.Food preparation skills and knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety standards.Previous experience in a café, bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment, ideally in a senior or lead position.Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt, including weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts as needed.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Basic numeracy and POS/cash-handling experience; additional training or certification in hospitality is an advantage.To apply, send your CV to recrootagency@gmail.com
