This role involves preparing and serving a range of high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation, and overseeing daily bar operations. The Senior Barista will guide and mentor junior baristas, ensure proper use and care of coffee equipment, and uphold cleanliness and food safety standards in the café. Responsibilities include engaging with guests, managing busy service periods, supporting inventory and ordering, and contributing to the development of new drink offerings that reflect Damn Fine Coffee’s standards.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Barista, with experience in a senior or supervisory capacity preferred.Good understanding of coffee quality, extraction, grind adjustment, and equipment operation.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.Good knowledge of café hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety practices.Experience with coffee machine and grinder cleaning and basic maintenance.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering excellent customer experiences.Barista, coffee, or hospitality-related certifications will be an added advantage
