Sunday Croissant is a mid-premium croissant brand launching in Hyderabad, bringing buttery classics, indulgent desserts, and creative sandwich croissants to the city — served with genuine warmth and great coffee.We're looking for a Senior Barista who takes pride in the craft and connects easily with people.What You'll Do:Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages consistently, to brand standardBe the friendly face at the counter — greet, guide, and engage customers with warmth and attentivenessHandle customer questions, preferences, and occasional concerns with patience and a solutions-first attitudeTrain and guide junior baristas on technique, hygiene, and service standardsMaintain the beverage station — equipment, cleanliness, and stock levelsWhat We're Looking For:Prior experience as a barista, ideally in a café or specialty coffee settingExcellent communication skills — comfortable talking to customers, teammates, and vendors alikeA calm, friendly demeanor even during busy rushes or tricky customer interactionsStrong sense of ownership, hygiene, and consistencyA genuine interest in coffee and hospitalityCompensation: Competitive, based on experience and talent.📍 Location: Jubilee Hills Sunday Croissant — good mornings, made better.
