About the RoleWe are hiring a skilled Barista to join a specialty coffee house in New Cairo, serving a premium clientele and delivering high-quality coffee and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages.Demonstrate strong latte art skills and maintain consistent beverage quality.Operate coffee equipment and maintain a clean, organized workstation.Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.Requirements2–3 years of experience as a Barista.Previous experience in specialty coffee houses is required.Strong latte art skills.Experience serving Class A clientele is preferred.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.Compensation & BenefitsNet Salary: EGP 10,000Allowances: EGP 2,000Social & Medical Insurance: Provided after 3 months.Working Schedule: 6 working days + 1 day off.Shifts: Flexible, including night shifts.Location 5th Settlement, North 90th Street, near Waterway 2.Job Type: Full-time
