Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional hospitality.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests and collaborating with team members.Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including cocktails, mocktails, ingredients, and service standards.Proficient Cash Handling skills, including operating POS systems and managing accurate transactions.Advanced Bartending skills, including drink preparation, presentation, bar setup, and workflow management.Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment, preferably in a senior or lead bartender position.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced setting.Knowledge of local health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the hospitality industry.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
