Senior Bartender

Role Description The Senior Bartender will oversee bar operations, ensuring efficient service and a consistently high standard of beverages and guest experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Al Khobar and involves preparing and serving drinks, managing bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and handling cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately. The Senior Bartender will lead by example, guiding junior bar staff, training team members on recipes and service standards, and supporting the development of new drink menus in line with THG’s brand concepts. The role also includes engaging with guests, responding to special requests, and collaborating with the wider restaurant team to deliver seamless, customer-focused service.QualificationsStrong Customer Service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including cocktails, mocktails, , coffee, and menu pairing.Hands-on Bartending experience, including drink preparation, bar setup, and adherence to hygiene standards.Accurate Cash Handling skills, including operating POS systems and reconciling daily transactions.Previous experience in a senior or lead bartender role in a busy, high-quality bar or restaurant.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the operation.Strong organization and time-management skills, with attention to detail and consistency.Basic understanding of local regulations related to food safety and hospitality operations.Relevant hospitality or bar training certifications are an advantage.
