**Role could also be virtual from other locations in Australia**Join a fast-growing behavioural science firm on a mission to put behavioural science at the heart of modern marketing.This team blends decades of applied behavioural science with human-centred AI, bringing insights, execution, and measurement together.They’re scaling quickly and becoming trusted partners to marketing and category leaders across FMCG, Retail, Finance, Insurance, Superannuation, Education and Healthcare.With growth comes opportunity and they’re now looking for an experienced Applied Behavioural Consultant to join this entrepreneurial crew.What you’ll be doing:Lead strategic conversations with clients to uncover needs and opportunitiesBreak down complex problems and design the right approach using technology, research, and behavioural frameworksIdentify behavioural insights - the drivers behind customer decisionsPinpoint the most impactful behavioural prioritiesDesign campaign and marketing assets that drive measurable behavioural changeWho you are:You’re someone who loves psychological theory, commercial challenges, and science-led solutions. You enjoy digging into problems, customer data, storytelling, and seeing outcomes through to implementation.Ideal experience:Strong client-facing skills and a natural ability to build relationshipsA grounding in behavioural or organisational psychology with clear commercial applicationExperience designing and running end-to-end quant/qual research studiesConfidence interpreting data using a range of statistical techniquesSkilled at running interviews, workshops or fieldwork that elicit meaningful behavioural insightsA curious mindset when it comes to technology and AICurious?
