qualification and tender analysis through to proposal development and submission.You will work closely with Sales, Presales, Technical, Legal and Finance teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure that proposals are commercially sound, technically aligned, compliant and submitted on time.The role requires strong experience in participating in and managing large-scale tenders and RFPs across both the Public and Private Sectors, combined with excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.Key responsibilitiesManage the end-to-end bid management process, from opportunity identification and qualification through to final submissionAnalyze tender documents, RFPs, RFQs and customer requirements, identifying key requirements, deadlines, risks and compliance criteriaCoordinate the preparation of proposals, ensuring all technical, commercial and administrative requirements are addressedCoordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, Technical, Legal, Finance and external partnersDevelop and maintain bid plans, timelines, responsibilities and submission checklistsEnsure compliance with tender requirements, specifications and submission proceduresManage bid documentation, clarifications, questions and communication throughout the tender processConsolidate contributions from internal teams and ensure consistency and quality across the final proposalSupport commercial and pricing processes in collaboration with Sales and FinanceManage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively managedIdentify potential risks, gaps and dependencies and proactively drive their resolutionMaintain an organized repository of bid documentation, templates, references and supporting materialsContribute to continuous improvement of the bid management process, templates and best practicesWhat we are looking forProven experience in Bid Management, Tender Management, Proposal Management or a similar roleDemonstrated experience participating in and managing large-scale tenders and RFPs in both the Public and Private SectorsStrong understanding of public procurement procedures and tender requirementsExperience managing complex proposals involving multiple internal teams and external partnersExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies, risks and missing informationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and EnglishStrong stakeholder management and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and within demanding deadlinesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or a related fieldAdditional Skills to be considered as advantagesExperience in the IT / Technology industryExperience with large-scale technology, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity or managed services tendersFamiliarity with Microsoft solutions and technologiesExperience working with public-sector procurement platforms and electronic tender submission processesKnowledge of contract, compliance and legal requirements
