Job Description (JD): Arabic & English TrainerPosition Title: Senior Bilingual Training Consultant (Arabic Speaker)Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)Employment Type: Contract / Short-Term Assignment / Project-BasedBilling Unit: Per Day / Per Trainer / Per Training SessionRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Trainer with strong English communication skills to conduct instructor-led training programs for end users, business users, administrators, and operational teams across enterprise applications and digital platforms.The candidate must be capable of independently delivering training sessions in Arabic while effectively communicating and coordinating with English-speaking project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining DeliveryConduct classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions.Deliver training in both Arabic and English.Facilitate hands-on exercises and product demonstrations.Answer user questions and provide functional guidance.Support participant learning through practical use cases and walkthroughs.Training Content SupportReview and customize training materials where required.Translate and explain technical and business concepts in Arabic.Prepare user guides, FAQs, quick reference documents, and training manuals.Ensure training content is delivered in a clear and engaging manner.Stakeholder CoordinationWork with project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to plan training activities.Participate in training scheduling and readiness activities.Gather participant feedback and support continuous improvement.ReportingMaintain attendance and participation records.Prepare training completion reports.Provide feedback on user readiness and adoption levels.Required Skills & ExperienceLanguage Requirements (Mandatory)Arabic Speaker (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)Excellent Arabic presentation and facilitation skillsProfessional English communication skillsAbility to conduct complete training sessions independently in ArabicExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience in instructor-led corporate training.Experience delivering training to business and operational users.Experience conducting classroom and virtual training sessions.Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments.Domain KnowledgeExperience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:CRM PlatformsBusiness Process Management (BPM)Reporting and Analytics ToolsCollaboration PlatformsEnterprise ApplicationsCustomer OperationsDigital Transformation ProgramsDesired CompetenciesStrong presentation and communication skills.Excellent stakeholder management abilities.Strong facilitation and audience engagement skills.Ability to manage multiple training batches.Ability to simplify complex business and technical concepts.Mandatory Selection CriteriaThe associate must be a Arabic-speaking trainer with fluent English communication skills, capable of independently conducting complete training sessions in Arabic without interpretersupport. Arabic must be the trainer's primary language for training delivery.Candidates with only basic, conversational, or intermediate Arabic proficiency shall not be considered.DeliverablesThe trainer will be responsible for:Training delivery in Arabic and English.Training material walkthrough and explanation.Q&A and knowledge transfer sessions.Attendance tracking.Training completion reporting.Participant feedback collection.
