In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, coordination, and optimization of Building Information Models (BIM) across multidisciplinary projects, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration among all stakeholders. You will be instrumental in establishing BIM excellence, driving innovation in our coordination processes, and mentoring team members to adopt industry best practices. Your analytical mindset, organizational prowess, and collaborative spirit will be essential in delivering high-quality BIM solutions that meet contractual obligations and exceed project expectations.Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive BIM models using industry-standard software and protocols, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specificationsLead clash detection and resolution initiatives between structural, MEP, and architectural systems, documenting findings and coordinating solutions with relevant teams in a timely mannerEstablish, enforce, and continuously improve BIM standards, naming conventions, and modeling guidelines across all projects to ensure consistency and qualityCoordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM model accuracy, alignment with project requirements, and adherence to Saudi Arabian building codes and regulationsGenerate technical documentation, construction drawings, schedules, and visualizations from BIM models to support construction teams and project deliveryPerform comprehensive quality assurance reviews on BIM models to verify compliance with project specifications, building codes, and contractual deliverablesManage model coordination meetings, track issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain transparent communication with all project teamsMentor and support junior BIM coordinators and team members in adopting BIM best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementCollaborate with project managers to ensure BIM deliverables meet contractual obligations, timelines, and quality standardsStay current with emerging BIM technologies, industry advancements, and evolving standards to drive innovation within the organizationManage model federation, integration workflows, and complex coordination scenarios across multiple disciplinesContribute to the development and refinement of organizational BIM strategies and processesQualifications10+ years of professional experience in BIM coordination, structural engineering, MEP coordination, or related roles within the architecture, engineering, and construction industryAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks or equivalent BIM software platformsDemonstrated expertise in BIM coordination workflows, clash detection, model federation, and multidisciplinary integrationStrong knowledge of BIM standards and protocols (ISO 19650 or similar frameworks)Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, MEP systems, building codes, and construction practicesProficiency in 3D visualization, rendering, and model presentation techniquesExperience with project management tools and document control systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong organizational abilities and proven capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teamsLeadership and mentoring experience with the ability to guide and develop junior team membersExperience with construction sequencing, scheduling, and contract managementFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian building standards, regulations, and local construction practices (preferred)BIM-related certifications or professional credentials (preferred)Proficiency in additional BIM tools such as Solibri, Synchro, or similar platforms (preferred)Additional InformationEngineering Diploma
