Professionals joining ECB can expect a dynamic environment that values expertise, collaboration, and innovation.Role Description The Senior BIM Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role is responsible for leading BIM coordination across architectural and MEP disciplines, ensuring accurate and efficient integration of models for complex projects. Day-to-day tasks include setting BIM standards, managing model workflows, overseeing clash detection and resolution, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to maintain model integrity. The Senior BIM Coordinator will review and validate project models, support teams in using BIM tools and processes, and prepare documentation and reports that support design decisions and project delivery. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, collaborating with stakeholders to improve BIM practices, and supporting project planning and execution through reliable digital deliverables.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM), including experience with leading BIM platforms and tools.Candidates should possess solid Architecture-related skills, with the ability to interpret design intent and coordinate effectively with architectural teams.Candidates should possess Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination skills, including experience integrating MEP systems within multidisciplinary BIM models.Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and monitoring deliverables in BIM-driven projects.Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with several years of experience in BIM coordination for large or complex projects.Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and collaboration platforms, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
