Senior BIM Electrical Engineer

We are building a family entertainment center in Jizan, and we are looking for a Senior BIM Electrical Engineer to shape the electrical backbone behind it. From lighting that sets the mood to power systems that keep rides, attractions, and public spaces running safely, your models will guide how the project is designed, coordinated, and built. If you enjoy turning complex electrical design into clean, clash-free models that site teams can trust, this role is for you.What You Will DoDevelop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for all electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, low current, fire alarm, CCTV, public address, and data networksLead multi-discipline coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP teams, running clash detection and driving resolutionProduce and review coordinated shop drawings, as-built models, and quantity take-offs directly from the modelEnsure designs comply with project requirements, SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) standards, Saudi Building Code, and relevant international standardsImplement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and model standards for the electrical disciplineReview contractor and subcontractor submittals and models for accuracy and constructabilitySupport site teams with model-based solutions, RFIs, and design changesMentor junior BIM engineers and modelers, and set the quality bar for the teamWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering[8-10] years of electrical design and BIM experience, including at least [3-5] years in a senior or lead roleExperience on entertainment venues, malls, theme parks, hospitality, or other large-scale building projects (Gulf or international experience preferred)Expert command of Revit MEP and Navisworks; AutoCAD proficiency requiredStrong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM coordination workflows; experience with common data environments (e.g., BIM 360 / ACC) is a plusSolid understanding of lighting design tools such as DIALux, and of load calculations and cable sizingFamiliarity with IEC, NFPA, and SEC standardsExcellent English communication; Arabic is an advantagePrevious experience in Saudi Arabia is a plusComfort working on site and living abroad
