Senior BIM Specialist - Saudi National

The Senior BIM Specialist is responsible for the technical aspects, coordination, creating highly detailed3D models and validation of BIM deliverables across interior fit-out projects. This role bridges the gapbetween modelling and BIM management by ensuring technical accuracy, constructability, compliancewith BIM standards, and effective coordination between disciplines. The Senior BIM Specialist supportsthe coordinators in driving digital delivery excellence across projects. Additionally, the Senior BIMSpecialist leads modelling activities, mentors junior team members, and supports accurate executionthroughout the project lifecycle.Develop, update and manage highly detailed and accurate 3D BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects, encompassing partitions, ceilings, joinery, custom features, and specialized fit-out components, ensuring strict compliance with project requirements, BEP, LOD, and LOI2. Lead and oversee BIM model development from a technical and engineering perspective, ensuring constructability and alignment with project requirements. Must have min 5 years' experience in any large Interior Fit out Organisation.
