The Company places emphasis on five key values, they are: Visionary, Integrity, Flexible, Empowering and Passionate.The Senior BIM Technician is involved in coordination and documentation for the design of internal spaces, including demolition, structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and general design documents. The Senior BIM Technician prepares and executes all documentation and drawings overseeing these aspects of the project from beginning to end and must be able to lead the project Revit/CAD team where applicable. Must understand BEP and prepare the necessary steps to set up the project.The Senior BIM Technician will plan and organize the design drawings for the interiors of the project assigned. Projects may take place in a range of settings, including, but not limited to hospitality, private residences, residential developments, office spaces, retail locations and leisure spacesReporting to the Technical Manager/BIM Manager for any drawing mattersAttending all BIM calls for the necessary projectsPreparing reports of the BIM project progressDeveloping initial drawing lists for the projectsPreparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, using REVIT software or CAD as requiredMaintaining quality of drawings, details and standardsSurveying buildings and attend site to ensure all details and existing conditions are capturedWorking as a team with other designers or cad teamSupervising work at the design stage and on-site when and if requiredWorking closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on projects as requiredWorking with architects and other design professionals to determine the best detailed solutions working with manufacturers and contractors to determine the most appropriate details for the projectKeeping up to date with the new developments in the design industry, including BIM/REVITSharing Revit knowledge and skills to understand the software and program to the teamMentoring and coaching Junior BIM TechniciansSend your resume to careers@kristinazanic.com today and take your career to the next level!Let's create extraordinary spaces together!#Hiring #Senior BIM Technician #JoinOurTeam
