Ray Business Technologies emphasizes quality, innovation, and a proven track record in integration, analytics, and digital experience platforms.Role Description The Senior Boomi API Integration Specialist will design, develop, and maintain Boomi integrations and APIs to connect enterprise applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing integration requirements, configuring Boomi processes, mapping data, and ensuring secure and reliable data flows between systems. The role involves troubleshooting complex integration issues, optimizing performance, and implementing best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver scalable integration solutions and support ongoing enhancements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.Qualifications Strong integration skills, including experience with Boomi Integration, Boomi APIs, and related middleware or iPaaS platforms.Solid software development skills with hands-on experience in relevant programming or scripting languages, APIs, and JSON/XML data formats.Excellent analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical integration designs and resolving complex data and process issues.Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting solutions, and providing clear status updates.Advanced troubleshooting skills for diagnosing integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems in production and test environments.Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM/ERP platforms, and related cloud services is highly beneficial.Knowledge of integration patterns, security standards (authentication, authorization, encryption), and best practices for scalable API design.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Boomi or integration certifications are an advantage.Ability to work independently, manage multiple integration projects, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
