By focusing on efficiency, reduced complexity, and measurable business growth, Ray Business Technologies provides high-quality, innovative solutions that support long-term client success.Role Description As a Senior Boomi Integration Specialist, you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Boomi to connect enterprise systems and applications. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements, create technical designs, configure connectors, and build data mappings and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring integrations, diagnosing and resolving issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards. You will also mentor junior team members, contribute to best practices, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end implementation projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.Qualifications Strong integration skills, including experience with Boomi Integration, Boomi Implementation, and Boomi Development or similar iPaaS platforms.Robust analytical skills to understand complex business processes, translate them into technical solutions, and optimize integration workflows.Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving for integration failures, performance issues, and data quality concerns.Solid software development skills with experience in APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), data formats (XML/JSON), and scripting or programming languages.Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document technical designs, and provide clear guidance to team members.Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or CMS (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Sitecore, Kentico) is highly beneficial.Relevant certifications in Boomi or integration technologies and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adhere to quality and security standards in a fast-paced environment.
