It also operates its Customer Experience Center in Amman, Jordan, and its Engineering Hub in Krakow, Poland.What You’ll DoLead kitchen execution across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent quality, speed, and cleanliness.Implement and maintain SOPs, recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.Coach and support kitchen teams on station performance, service readiness, and peak-hour execution.Monitor food safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance in partnership with the Quality & Compliance teams.Conduct regular outlet visits, quality checks, and operational audits, driving action plans.Support inventory control, waste reduction, and food cost optimization.Partner with Operations and Restaurant Managers on labor planning, productivity, and kitchen KPIs.Support new menu launches, product trials, and seasonal rollouts.Lead kitchen readiness for new openings and ensure smooth execution.What We’re Looking For8+ years of kitchen or operations leadership experience, preferably across multiple outlets.Strong knowledge of fast-paced, high-volume service environments.Proven ability to train teams, enforce standards, and improve performance.Strong understanding of food cost, waste control, inventory discipline, and operational KPIs.A confident, hands-on leader with strong communication and coaching skills.High standards for quality, consistency, and customer experience.Recruitment Process and Timeline1.
