Senior Brand Manager

Drive the execution of brand strategies for key CHC brands, ensuring strong market performance, consistent brand positioning, and impactful activation across all touchpoints. The role is accountable for translating strategy into execution, delivering growth in TMS and IMS, and building brand equity through effective engagement with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, customers, and consumers. It contributes to companies’ objectives by accelerating brand growth, ensuring execution excellence, and supporting the expansion of the relevant portfolio in Saudi Arabia and beyond.Key responsibilitiesBrand Management & Execution:Lead day-to-day management of assigned brands.Execute brand plans aligned with overall strategy and business objectives.Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and materials.Activation & Campaign Management:Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across HCP, pharmacy, digital, and retail channelsSupport and deliver key activations such as congresses, HCP events, and consumer campaigns.Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.Performance & Business Tracking:Monitor brand performance (TMS, IMS, Net Sales, GP, EBITDA) and identify growth opportunities.Track campaign effectiveness and optimise based on insights.Support forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Product Launches & Portfolio Development:Support new product launches from planning to execution.Contribute to portfolio expansion and lifecycle management.Ensure readiness across all functions for successful launch execution.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned executionSupport field force with tools, materials, and training to drive performance.Your consultantDjan Adornado is a Recruitment Consultant at Aspire Life Sciences, specialising in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals and AI/ML.
