WE ARE HIRING: SENIOR BRAND SALES MANAGER – MICROSOFT UAELocation: UAEBusiness: Microsoft UAE Core BusinessLevel: Senior LeadershipExperience: Senior professionals with strong Microsoft channel and commercial leadership experienceWe are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Sales Manager to lead the Microsoft Core Business in the UAE across Microsoft 365, Azure and Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities

Own revenue, gross margin and commercial performance across M365, Azure New MRR and Dynamics 365.Lead, coach and performance-manage a team of Cloud Brand Sales Executives.Develop and grow a 400+ partner ecosystem, including recruitment, activation and productivity.Personally manage strategic/top UAE partners and drive executive-level relationships.Build healthy pipeline coverage, ensure CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy and weekly opportunity reviews.Partner with Microsoft UAE SPOCs and META regional teams on strategy, joint planning and business reviews.Drive partner profitability, program utilization, cloud growth and channel expansion.Work closely with Product, Finance, Operations and regional stakeholders.Ensure accurate margin bookings, collections, credit management and overall business risk control.Ideal Candidate:Strong Microsoft CSP and IT channel/distribution experience.Proven commercial ownership across Modern Work/Microsoft 365, Azure and Business Applications/Dynamics 365.Demonstrated people/team leadership experience.Strong partner ecosystem development and channel management expertise.Excellent executive stakeholder management and Microsoft relationship skills.Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins, working capital and forecasts.Strong pipeline governance, CRM discipline and business planning capabilities.Key KPIs: Revenue | Gross Margin | NPSA | ACA | BCA | New & Active Partners | Partner Productivity | Pipeline | Forecast Accuracy | Working CapitalInterested candidates: Please share your updated CV at atika@acme-services.in
