قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Senior Budget and Reporting AccountantGeneral Purpose of the PositionTo contribute to the preparation and review of government budget estimates, ensure their accuracy and alignment with approved priorities, policies, and methodologies, monitor budget execution and compliance with financial allocations, and prepare financial analyses, reports, and forecasts that support decision-making.Duties and ResponsibilitiesParticipate in preparing the general budget and reviewing government entities’ estimates and financial data.Analyze operating and capital revenues and expenditures and assess their alignment with government plans and priorities.Monitor budget execution and compliance with approved estimates and financial allocations.Review budget amendment, transfer, and addition requests and verify supporting justifications and documents.Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts and provide recommendations to support decision-making and improve spending efficiency.Provide technical support to government entities regarding budget preparation and execution.Monitor financial performance indicators and link financial allocations to programs and outputs.Contribute to developing budget preparation and monitoring tools, models, and financial systems.General Behavioural CompetenciesCreativity and innovation, customer focus, excellence in execution and results, effective communication, teamwork and collaboration, and organisational and ethical awareness.Technical CompetenciesFinancial analysis, financial reporting and forecasting, performance-based budgeting, performance indicators, spending efficiency analysis, and analytical reporting tools such as Power BI and Power Pivot.Academic QualificationBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Required Years of Experience3 to 5 years of practical experience in public budgeting or government financial analysis.Work Environment BenefitsA professional environment that supports continuous learning and development.Exposure to diverse and impactful procurement activities and projects.Opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team.Professional development and career growth opportunities based on performance and organizational requirements.SalaryA competitive salary and benefits package determined based on qualifications, experience, and approved policies.Preferences or Special ConditionsProfessional certifications such as CMA or ACCA are preferred.Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Advanced financial analysis and analytical reporting skills.
