Location: Dubai, UAE (Client Site)Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 17,000 / monthBenefits: Work visa, air tickets, medical insurance, gratuity, paid time offExperience: 5–8 years of relevant experienceReference: FZ-AE-515Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements for an airline disruption and passenger welfare management solution: how passengers are accommodated, transported, fed, compensated and kept informed when flights are disrupted. The role works with airport operations, reservations, operations control, customer experience and finance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn requirements end to end: elicitation, analysis, documentation, prioritisation, traceability and sign-off.Work with operations, reservations, operations control, customer experience and finance to define passenger handling during disruptions.Write functional and non-functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.Map disruption processes and integrations with PSS, DCS, voucher and finance systems.Define eligibility, entitlement and compensation rules under passenger-rights regulations.Support solution design, vendor evaluation, UAT and business change through to go-live.Lead workshops and sign-offs; report progress, risks and decisions to leadership.Required Technical SkillsHands-on experience with airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and Departure Control Systems (DCS) is required, including the passenger and flight data flow between them.Expertise in airline disruption and passenger welfare management (recovery, reaccommodation, hotel, transport, meals, compensation); delivery of such a solution is strongly preferred.Requirements engineering: BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, BPMN, data mapping.Knowledge of irregular operations (IROPS) and passenger-rights/compensation frameworks.Can specify PSS/DCS, notification, voucher/payment and finance reconciliation integrations.Proficient with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps; comfortable in Agile or hybrid delivery.Candidate Profile5–8 years in business analysis, largely on airline or travel-domain systems.Leads senior cross-functional stakeholders and drives decisions to closure.Clear communicator; presents to leadership and writes documentation teams can build from.Structured and detail-oriented; comfortable onsite in a fast-moving operational environment.
