With the backing of a larger global group, the business is investing in strengthening its regulatory and client onboarding capability as it continues to grow.About The RoleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you'll join the Delivery team with a clear focus on AML and regulatory change. You'll turn evolving obligations into practical business requirements and technology solutions, shaping how the organisation onboards and screens its clients. Working in an Agile model alongside project managers, developers and testers, you'll also help grow the capability of other BAs in the team.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret AML and regulatory change, translating obligations into clear business requirements and workable technology solutionsDrive remediation initiatives, from analysing gaps in client records and controls through to delivering lasting fixesMap and redesign complex client onboarding journeys, embedding screening and due diligence requirementsBreak requirements into sprint ready user stories with sharp acceptance criteria, keeping the backlog prioritised in JIRAAct as the key link between compliance, operations, technology and testing teams throughout deliverySupport test planning, walk stakeholders through solutions and help embed new processes through demos and trainingMentor fellow analysts and contribute to improving the team's delivery practicesAbout YouProven track record translating regulatory or AML change into business requirements and technology outcomesHands on experience delivering remediation projects within a financial institutionSolid grasp of complex onboarding processes alongside AML and client screening requirementsBackground in wealth management or the broader financial services sectorConfident stakeholder manager who builds trust with compliance, business and technology audiences alikeComfortable with Agile delivery, process mapping, JIRA and ConfluenceExposure to core wealth or banking platforms is a bonusCompany CultureYou'll join a close knit, collaborative delivery team where discretion, integrity and genuine care for clients shape how work gets done.
