قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجBRM _ Business Relation ManagerRole PurposeThis role sits within the client's central IT/Digital Technology function, which delivers a full range of IT services across administrative and business-facing functions at multiple organizational levels (headquarters, regional, and local). The incumbent manages a portfolio of assigned demands from business and technical units, and depending on volume and priority of active initiatives may be partially or fully assigned to project delivery for defined periods. The role requires independent interaction with stakeholders at varying seniority levels (including senior leadership), consultants, external stakeholders, and outsourced systems providers.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain productive relationships with business and technology stakeholders.Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture and validate high-level business requirements sufficient to evaluate potential solution options, while keeping the demand management process streamlined.Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digital enablement; constructively challenge stakeholders on low-value requirements that drive complexity or high implementation/running costs.Advise stakeholders on their obligations to adhere to organizational technical standards, policies, and processes (e.g., cybersecurity, hosting architecture, accessibility) and other relevant policies such as data privacy and branding.Maintain awareness of available services and platforms, and route demands to the appropriate service owners where there is a clear fit; for complex demands, present to solution architects for solution-optioning guidance.Assess demands for business value, strategic alignment, risks, dependencies, complexity, and implementation considerations.Prepare demand assessment materials and recommendations to support governance and prioritization processes.Project Delivery SupportLead requirements elicitation and analysis activities for assigned projects, documenting business requirements to a level of detail sufficient to support solution design, development, and testing.Establish and maintain requirements traceability, and manage requirements changes throughout the project lifecycle.Participate in solution design workshops and reviews, ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in proposed solutions and development.Develop business test scenarios and acceptance criteria; support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate business user participation in testing.Support deployment planning and go-live readiness assessments to ensure a smooth handover to operations and support teams; participate in post-implementation reviews and benefit realization assessments. EducationEssentialFirst-level university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.DesirableProfessional certification in a recognized analysis methodology (e.g., IIBA/CCBA/CBAP, PMI-BPA).Advanced degree in data management, business administration, or a related field. ExperienceEssentialMinimum 5 years of professional experience performing business analysis activities across the full solution lifecycle – requirements elicitation, analysis, solution design support, testing, implementation, and transition to operations.Experience in business process analysis and modelling using BPMN, UML, or equivalent techniques.Demonstrated experience working with medium- to large-scale, cross-functional systems in an international context.Experience working within established project frameworks (PRINCE2 or PMI) and delivery approaches (Agile or hybrid).DesirableExperience with major IT platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform.Experience with citizen and fusion development approaches.Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) or orchestration of AI-powered workflows.Experience defining governance and prioritization models for technology demand within a large or international organization.Experience with UN, multilateral, or other large international organizations is a plus.8. Language RequirementsExpert-level spoken and written English.Basic knowledge of French or another UN official language is desirable, though not mandatory.9. IT SkillsMS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).MS O365 collaboration tools (Teams and SharePoint).MS Copilot and Visio.
