The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Trading, Brokerage, or Capital Market platforms, with a proven track record of delivering projects for financial institutions in the Saudi market.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.Conduct business workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder interviews.Prepare high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), User Stories, and business process flows.Work closely with business users, product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production validation, and post-go-live support.Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Proven experience working with financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.Strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Brokerage, Trading, Securities, or Wealth Management.Excellent experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, process maps, and functional specifications.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Mandatory RequirementsArabic Speaker.Current transferable Saudi Iqama is mandatory.Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulated institutions.Knowledge of investment products, trading lifecycle, settlement, custody, or brokerage operations.Experience working on digital transformation projects within the financial services sector.How to ApplyIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your application through the link provided below.Application Link:[https://operation.cody-software.com/careers/senior-business-analyst-capital-markets-investment-banking-arabic-speaker--zvpwo]
