Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: 9+ YearsEligibility: H4 EAD / L2S / GC / USC / TN onlyNote: No C2C / No consultancy resumesPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets and Investment Banking to support strategic business and technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, operations teams, compliance groups, and technology teams to drive requirements gathering, process improvements, regulatory initiatives, and system enhancements across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and Data Mapping documents.Analyze current-state business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.Collaborate with technology teams throughout the SDLC to ensure successful solution delivery.Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause analysis for business and system changes.Support regulatory, risk, compliance, AML, and KYC-related initiatives.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation activities.Work closely with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.Support enterprise transformation, platform migration, and system integration initiatives.Required Qualifications9+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services organizations.Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following:Capital MarketsInvestment BankingWealth ManagementAsset ManagementSolid understanding of Trade Lifecycle Management, Securities Processing, and Investment Products.Experience supporting Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office business functions.Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Bonds, Foreign Exchange (FX), and Capital Markets operations.Experience with AML, KYC, Regulatory Reporting, Risk Management, and Compliance initiatives.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with global banking or financial institutions.Exposure to regulatory programs and enterprise transformation initiatives.Knowledge of financial market regulations and controls.CBAP, PMI-PBA, CFA, or Agile certifications are a plus.Preferred Industry ExperienceInvestment Banking | Capital Markets | Wealth Management | Asset Management | Brokerage | Securities Services | Custody Operations | Risk & Compliance
