Senior Business Analyst

Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is a leading software quality assurance and testing company, with a strong presence across the Middle East and GCC. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with one of our clients in the UAE.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs, project scope, and functional requirements.Elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize business and system requirements.Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), use cases, user stories, process flows, and workflow diagrams.Support project planning by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.Monitor project progress through regular follow-ups with project teams, identify risks and issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.Support backlog management, sprint planning, and user story refinement within Agile environments.Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and business process modeling.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to prepare business cases, reports, presentations, and process documentation.Experience working on large-scale enterprise or government projects is highly preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, PSPO, PSM, or Agile certifications are preferred.
