Your primary responsibilities will include supporting and ensuring the successful completion of tasks related to the analysis, development, testing, and deployment of software features.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis and Recommendations:Analyze the organization’s needs, business models, workflows, and technological systems.Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance business efficiency.Collaborate with teams to implement changes that increase overall effectiveness and productivity.Agile Scrum Implementation:Possess a deep understanding of Agile Scrum practices.Often assume the responsibilities of Agile Scrum Master, guiding teams through Agile processes.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with both technical and non-technical team members, as well as clients, to understand their needs and requirements.Ensure that project plans are created and processes are defined to meet organizational goals.Communicate effectively to ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned with project objectives.Project Oversight and Accountability:Take responsibility for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects.Exercise independent judgment and lead enterprise-level projects with minimal supervision.This role requires a combination of analytical skills, leadership, and deep knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
