Engage with the appropriate team members to ensure technical feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities Identify and document both functional and non-functional requirements Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of software features, enhancements, and bugs Produce comprehensive functional specifications along with wireframes and seek timely approval from customers to facilitate efficient Sprint planning Participate in planning meetings, offering clarifications and setting priorities as required Attend daily alignment meetings with the team to ensure that delivered features align with specified requirements Conduct regular meetings with the implementation team to estimate forthcoming scope Provide support in creating and updating documentation as neededRequirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or any related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking projects Strong experience with business analysis tools, modeling techniques and project methodologies Strong hands-on experience in Mortgage Lending / Home Loans within the Banking Industry Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountabilityNice to have: MBA Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) Knowledge of Jira and ConfluenceBenefits An attractive salary package Private health insurance plan Career development and growth opportunities Continuous training via personalized seminars An amazing private & open-office workspace in Athens Stable and enjoyable working environment
