Title: Senior Business Analyst – Regulatory Finance TechnologyLocation: Dublin, IrelandModel: 3 days on siteDuration: Asap - 26/08/2027We're partnering with our client, a leading global investment bank, to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join their EMEA Regulatory Finance Technology team based in Dublin.This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic regulatory reporting initiatives, supporting the delivery of a new regulatory reporting platform and collaborating with global technology and business teams across Europe, the US, and India.What you'll be doing:Lead business analysis activities across Capital & Regulatory Reporting projects, including COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, and Statistical ReportingGather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, including data sourcing, data normalisation, and reporting processesPartner with Finance, Treasury, Operations, Middle Office, and Technology teams to deliver regulatory change initiativesProduce and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional SpecificationsSupport solution design, implementation planning, and change management activitiesWork closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLCReview and approve test scenarios and test cases while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Ensure project governance standards are maintained and provide advisory support during build and testing phasesIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while engaging with stakeholders across multiple global locations.What we're looking for:Proven Business Analysis experience within a Tier 1 Investment BankStrong knowledge of Regulatory Reporting, including COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, or similar regulatory frameworksUnderstanding of financial products and asset classes such as Debt, Equity, and CommoditiesStrong data analysis skills with experience using SQL and ExcelExperience writing BRDs, reviewing technical specifications, and supporting Agile deliveryExposure to ETL or BI tools such as Alteryx or InformaticaExperience with test planning, test scenarios, and User Acceptance TestingExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams.Why apply?Join a high-profile Finance Technology programme within a global investment banking environmentWork on strategic regulatory transformation initiatives with international teamsHybrid working model based in DublinOpportunity to make a real impact on critical regulatory reporting programmes📩 If you have a background in Business Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Finance Technology, and Data Analysis, We'd love to hear from you.
