Job Title: Senior Business Analyst-Lending and Banking DomainsJob Location: London,UKJob Type: Fixed Term ContractorKey Skills: Artificial Intelligence(AI), Lending & Banking domainExperience: 6+ YrsWe at Coforge are hiring for Senior Business Analyst with the following skillsetKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for lending systems and applications.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization across the lending lifecycle.Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to support business initiatives.Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.Create and maintain business documentation, including:Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)Use CasesUser StoriesProcess FlowsSupport testing activities by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and validating solutions against business requirements.Act as the primary liaison between business teams and IT/delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and market changes impacting lending operations.Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.Mandatory SkillsStrong understanding of lending products, lending lifecycle, credit processes, and banking regulations.Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and process mapping.Ability to work effectively with business users, technology teams, and project stakeholders.
