Apply & track with Apply EdgeAgile Business Analyst (Public/Private Sector) - Permanent - Hybrid Locations: London, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds Consultant Salary up to £50,000 / Senior Consultant up to £70,000 + Bonus Flexible Working Model SC Cleared or SC Eligibility essential We are partnered with a leading digital innovation and consulting client who are currently hiring heavily across the UK with specific focus on Agile Business Analysts.We are seeking experienced individuals across all sectors and we are particularly interested to hear from candidates with relevant experience in UK Government, Energy Transition and Utilities, Consumer Products, Retail and Distribution and Financial Services.Your role:We are increasingly helping clients to design and deliver AI-enabled products and services.This includes supporting organisations to:Identify and prioritise AI and data-driven opportunitiesEmbed automation and generative AI capabilities into digital productsDeliver more intelligent, insight-led user experiencesNavigate emerging considerations such as data, ethics, and responsible use of AIAs an Agile Business Analyst you will:Help our clients understand and explore how, where and why to apply new digital and AI-enabled technologies & platformsAdvise, design and deliver excellent products and services for our clients to transform their businesses and deliver real valuePlay a pivotal role in end-to-end user centred design projects, working between design, product, development and testWork as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum team, having responsibility for understanding user needs, working closely with our business partners, translating problems or requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteriaBe highly customer focused and responsible for building stakeholder relationships and using your analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills to help achieve the Scrum teams’ goalsYou will bring below skills and experience:Experience in user-centred product or service development projectsExperience working in a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum team, facilitating and supporting the end-to-end delivery from research and design through to development and testingExperience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standardsAbility to lead the translation of user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteriaAbility to be the intermediary between both business requirements and user needs, and between waterfall and Agile deliveryProficiency in the use of requirements capturing methodology toolsets e.g. JIRAExperience in technical business analysis with a familiarity of architectural concepts such as microservices, APIs and cloud infrastructureAptitude for building highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships, with the ability to manage conflict and influence key stakeholdersAbility to support and lead scrum team activities and ceremonies to ensure delivery of team goalsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skillsPlease reach out for further detailsjoseph.keeley@stealth-it.com
