Senior Business Analyst

Working within a high-performing PMO environment, you will contribute to the delivery of business-critical ICT projects that support operational excellence and organisational outcomes.Your new roleAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams, and technology partners to understand business needs, capture requirements, and support the successful delivery of ICT solutions. You will facilitate workshops, undertake business and process analysis, perform gap analysis, develop business cases, and produce detailed functional and technical documentation.
