The company helps the global insurance market to handle millions of claims each year in the most cost-effective and efficient ways possible.The company is embarking on an exciting and challenging transformation program and our software solutions are a driving force behind this strategy using cloud computing and leading-edge design patterns.Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to elicit, analyze, and define requirements and solution approachesWork closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needsPrepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artifacts (e.g., mockups)Facilitate discussions, planning sessions, and feature refinement activitiesTranslate business needs into technical requirements and technical concepts into clear business languageAnalyze complex business problems and propose effective solution optionsSupport decision-making by providing structured analysis and recommendationsContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and BA practicesTake ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle as part of a Scrum teamRequirements:5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience working on customer-facing web or mobile applicationsStrong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies (BPMN, UML or similar)Experience working in Agile/Scrum software delivery environmentsProven ability to write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaExperience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and sprint managementStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsUpper-Intermediate or Advanced English (B2–C1)Nice to Have:Experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)Experience with Azure DevOps administration or advanced usageWe offer*:Flexible working format - remote, office-based or flexibleA competitive salary and good compensation packagePersonalized career growthProfessional development tools (mentorship program, tech talks and trainings, centers of excellence, and more)Active tech communities with regular knowledge sharingEducation reimbursementMemorable anniversary presentsCorporate events and team buildingsOther location-specific benefitsnot applicable for freelancers
