Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will support requirements gathering, process documentation and stakeholder engagement activities across a complex financial crime transformation program.This role requires an experienced BA who can work confidently across business and technology teams, supporting delivery of critical transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:Leading requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.Documenting business, functional and technical requirements.Supporting process mapping, documentation and business analysis activities.Working closely with business SMEs, technology teams and delivery stakeholders.Supporting financial crime transformation initiatives and process improvements. Most important attributes required:Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on complex transformation programs.Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management skills.Experience defining business, functional and technical requirements.Previous experience within financial services, banking or regulated environments.Financial crime, AML, KYC or customer due diligence experience highly desirable.Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
