The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, and serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. This role requires a deep understanding of air cargo processes and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.Responsibilities:Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide development efforts.Conduct requirement grooming sessions and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify needs.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform defect analysis, and assist in release activities.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.Mandatory Skills:Strong knowledge of Air Cargo processes, including Export, Import, AWB, Cargo Handling, and Warehouse Operations.Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively convey information and insights.Preferred Skills:Experience in Cargo Ground Handling is a deal breaker; candidates without this experience will not be considered.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the Air Cargo domain.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.If you match above mentioned skills, Please share your updated CV at Tarun.negi@coforge.com with below details :Total Experience :Relevant Experience :Visa Status :Current Location :Preferred Location :Current Salary :Expected Salary :Notice Period / Last Working Day :Immediate Joiners are Preferrable.
