Senior Business Analyst

Required Skills:Conduct business workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.• Creation of E2E data maps for lineage• Strong understanding of telecom business processes and operations.• Experience across OSS/BSS ecosystems, like Netcracker, Amdocs.• Data Modeling - Conceptual Data Modeling, Logical Data Modeling, Physical Data Modeling, Data mapping and lineage• Experience with ER diagrams and data architecture frameworks.• Usage of Data Modeling tools like Erwin• Must have experience in new data warehouse or data lake platform• Experience in Cloud platforms, ETL tools, strong SQL knowledge• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, collaborating with business users, architects, and development teams.• Design and validate conceptual, logical, and physical data models• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, solution reviews, and UAT support.Desired skills:• Understanding of AI use cases in telecom and business transformation.• Ability to leverage AI tools for requirement analysis, documentation, automation, and productivity improvements.• Creation of User stories and functional specifications
