Senior Business Analyst

• 8–10 years of experience as a Senior Business Consultant / IGA Consultant within the insurance or financial services domain • Strong hands-on expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), specifically Business Role Management (BRM) and entitlement modeling • Deep familiarity with One Identity (myAccess) and the Nexis Business Role Management platform • Proven track record in legacy platform migration and role transformation (e.g., assessing, mapping, and migrating legacy SailPoint Business Roles into target solutions) • Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering depth (eliciting requirements, drafting BRDs, user stories, process workflows, and data mappings) • Demonstrated experience in role mining, role discovery, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and defining governance frameworks/naming conventions • End-to-end testing and rollout leadership across dry runs, pre-pilots, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and phased enterprise cutovers • Exceptional cross-functional stakeholder management, leading workshops across business, IT, security, and governance teams
