Senior Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:Gather and document business and system requirements from various cargo stakeholders.Analyze and support cargo processes including booking, acceptance, warehouse operations, shipment tracking, and delivery.Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors.Prepare requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.Support system integrations and data analysis related to cargo operations.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.Production support and assist users with system-related issuesMandatory skills:Experience in the Air Cargo/Aviation domain.Knowledge of SkyChain Cargo System.Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of end-to-end cargo operations and workflow processes.Experience with testing, documentation, and system implementations.Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
