Senior Business Analyst

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities for enterprise-wide technology initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives.This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills who enjoys driving digital transformation and system implementation projects from requirements gathering through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & RequirementsEngage business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions Produce clear documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements Stakeholder ManagementPartner with business users, project managers, solution architects, developers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates Solution DeliverySupport solution design by ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions Review proposed solutions and provide recommendations where necessary Participate in system implementation, change requests, and enhancement initiatives Testing & ImplementationDevelop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and test cases Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues identified during testing Support go-live activities and post-implementation reviews Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency Recommend best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle RequirementsDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline 5–8 years (or more) of Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management Strong experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and user stories Experience facilitating workshops and requirement elicitation sessions Experience supporting system implementation or digital transformation projects Hands-on experience coordinating UAT and managing issue resolution Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred SkillsAgile and/or Waterfall project delivery experience Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantagePlease send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com withEducation LevelWorking experiencesEach employment backgroundReason for leaving each employmentLast drawn salaryExpected salaryDate of availability
