You will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into clear, buildable specifications and supporting delivery end to end.What you'll do:Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)Map current-state processes and design improved future-state workflows (BPMN, data flows)Own stakeholder alignment across business teams and technical delivery groupsSupport UAT: build test scenarios, run sessions, track defects, and ensure solution readinessProduce system documentation and maintain process clarity across all project phasesFacilitate delivery across Agile and Waterfall frameworks while managing stakeholder communicationsWhat you'll bring:8+ years as a Business Analyst with a strong enterprise IT/software backgroundProven track record delivering end-to-end IT projects in complex environmentsStrong hands-on expertise in requirements documentation, process modelling (BPMN), and system mappingNative or fluent Arabic with strong written and spoken EnglishBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldBased in Riyadh and available to work on-site full time
