Senior Business Analyst

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights• Experience in writing user stories and functional requirements• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) along with experience using Jira and Confluence• Prior experience working on large-scale, complex initiatives• Strong capability to assess priorities, identify potential risks, and proactively suggest viable solutions• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences• Experience with Workload Automation tools, especially Control-M, is highly desirable
