Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a key client based in Warsaw.Knowledge and skillsExperience across at least one complete software solution lifecycle.Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation.Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.Knowledge in analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.).Proficiency in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.Ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.Specific requirementsSolid previous experience in business analysis activities for enterprise information systems supporting human resource and asset management, financial processes and grant agreements management.Previous experience in business analysis in projects related to integrations between systems and data platforms.Demonstrated familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.At least 3 years of experience as a BA of a large system working with a development team with more than 10 developers.Mandatory experience:Minimum 8 years of IT professional experienceMinimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar positionAt least 2 certifications among:Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent.Education:Minimum level of education: bachelor’s degree or 3 years of higher education.Language:English (C1-level).Location:Warsaw - Hybrid.
